Our team supports clients through every phase of special projects, including design development, prototyping, industrialization, equipment engineering and process innovation. We combine technical expertise and flexibility to meet complex needs. Our designers work on 3D modelling, mould design (CAD and CAM), and FEM structural analysis to ensure reliability and functionality. We offer full support in co-engineering activities, helping to transform initial ideas into fully manufacturable and efficient composite solutions.
We operate two dedicated quality control rooms where a team of four engineers inspects parts at different stages of the manufacturing process. The first room handles initial checks, including visual and manual inspections, and when necessary, more advanced testing such as ultrasound or other NDT techniques. This structured process allows us to detect surface defects, internal inconsistencies or misalignments, while providing full traceability and documentation to meet the highest industry standards.
Located next to the quality department, the metrology room is used to verify metal components, inserts, tooling, and hole positions on machined parts. Inspections are performed against CAD data using a Poli programmable laser head and a Geom 3D scanner, ideal for surface validation. All measurements are carried out in a climate-controlled environment to guarantee dimensional stability and accuracy. This process ensures perfect alignment with technical drawings and production tolerances.
