QUALITY COMPONENTS
Carbon Dream oversees the entire tooling process required for moulding and post-processing composite parts. Tools can be manufactured in house or sourced through a network of trusted suppliers, always ensuring maximum flexibility, precision, and alignment with the specific requirements of each client.
Carbon Dream’s clean room is equipped with 50 skilled laminators. Each workstation includes the tools necessary to produce high-quality composite components efficiently and consistently, ensuring reliability and repeatability throughout every step of the lamination process.
The autoclave department includes five units of various sizes, ranging from 2.6 m × 9 m to 1.3 m × 2 m. All operate at 220°C and 8 bar of pressure, supporting both small and large production runs with excellent thermal performance and curing precision.
